We are located in Ontario Canada and taxes are as follows. Residents of Ontario - 8% PST and 5% GST Residents of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland - 13% HST Residents of the remainder of Canada - 5% GST People outside of Canada - Tax exempt (0%) Shipping 
We ship every weekday using Canada Post. Once an order is confirmed it is generally shipped within one business day. Rates are in Canadian dollars, if you set your currency to USD they will be converted automatically. International customers are responsible for any duty or customs assessed by their country. We've added a lower tier shipping charge for people wishing to order accessories only, such as switches, lnbs etc. Most of our receivers are set to 5 lbs so you can order 2 receivers and pay the second tier shipping charge. PVR and HD receivers are set to 10 lbs. Switches are set to 0.25 LBS. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, so you will have to sign for them. Returns 
All sales are final, we do not allow returns or refunds. Exchanges are occasionally done at our descretion and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, shipping and handling and cod fees are completely non refundable. In the unlikely event that you receive a non working receiver please do the following steps: 1) Read your manual, many customers have problems that can easily be dealt with. 2) If you are certain the receiver is defective send an email to get an rma #. The return desk's email is rma@elitesat.ca. We will also provide you with the return address. 3) Package your receiver safely and include all of the original contents and mail it to the address you were given. We suggest using a trackable courier like expresspost, fedex or ups. 4) When your package arrives it will be inspected by our tech team. If your receiver is found to be in working order it will be sent back to you with a $35.00 CAD COD. If your receiver is in fact defective we will send you a new unit free of charge. Warranty info (after 14 days of purchase) In the unlikely event that your receiver needs service, please refer to your manual for warranty information. Most of the manufacturers we deal with offer at least a one year warranty. If you would prefer we can deal with the manufacturer on your behalf to get your receiver serviced, email rma@elitesat.ca for information about this. Reminder: We do not support 3rd party software, loading your receiver with such software will void the manufacturers warranty and our sales service guarantee. If we receive a unit from you with 3rd party software it will be returned immediately without inspection and you will be charged a $35.00 return fee. Only use offical software releases from the manufacturer for FTA purposes. |
